At first I loved this place. My neighbors at first were quiet and considerate. Now with new neighbors, I’ve come to realize that the construction of this building it’s cheap! Walls and ceiling are poorly made. The neighbors above me have kids who constantly run, scream, drop things on the ground, bounce a ball, and have sex! You literally can hear everything! Move here if you want your belongings stained by cheap flooring. The floor dye stains socks, rugs, and anything that comes in contact. I informed management before moving my belongings that the floor was staining our socks. I thought it might be dirty floors, and spent money on all kinds of cleaners and rugs to cover the floor. After speaking with neighbors and maintenance, I learned it was a known issue due to cheap flooring and the complex sealed our floors 7 weeks after moving in. I love love living at Cortland at Raven! Sarah, Jovahnai and Luis, are Amazing! They are Dream Team! Extremely kind, thoughtful, attentive, and is always willing to help! Can we talk about the amenities, trash valet, doggie world with a place just for them, beautiful pool, for relaxing, gated community but what’s makes this special is this Family and Peaceful atmosphere/community which makes the pricing more than worth it. We moved to Phoenix from across the country and we had the absolute worst luck finding a place to rent. The two places we found prior to Cortland ended up being absolutely horrendous. Given these experiences, it was the biggest breath of fresh air to have Sarah and Jovahnai's help in finding a comfortable place for me and my family. The property is good, the amenities are very pleasant, and the staff are amazing. Sara and Luis are amazing and keep this place running smoothly and make the experience a pleasant one. Some minor issues with trash and landscaping but overall grossly positive. Jovahnai is good too
