I would like to give a 5 star review for the maintenance work that Luis has done for me in my apartment.
Out of the six apartments I have lived at over the past 15 years, Cortland at Raven has the best staff I have ever seen. The maintenance team if fast, polite and informative and the leasing office team is amazing. If any team deserves to be celebrated it is them. The only issue I have had over the past two years is, as a bottom floor resident, hearing a bit to much of my upstairs neighbors.
Living at Cortland at Raven has been a blast so far. The leasing process was easy, convenient, and fast. Management is extremely kind, attentive, and willing to solve any issues that may arise. Upon moving in, the unit was extremely clean and appeared just as it did in the virtual tours. The amenities, trash valet, and gated community make the pricing more than worth it. We feel safe living here and love the close commute to many areas of the Valley. I highly recommend living at Cortland at Raven!
Me and my boyfriend visit Cortland Raven when apartment searching it was our first place we looked at and we really loved it. It was nice, clean, and it felt safe and the staff were really friendly and helpful. We continued our search for our new home and looked at 6 other places and found our way back to look at Cortland again and we finally agreed that Cortland was going to be our new home.
