What an excellent place! I came from a bad experience with other apartments, but when I arrived at Cortland Apartments, the vibe felt great; Edgar and Luis made us feel right at home, and their help and guidance put us completely at ease. I’m excited to live here and feel so comfortable. Thanks, Edgar, for all your help keep brightening customers' days with that enthusiasm and cheer. Thank you, Cortland.
If you value your peace, quiet, and sanity do NOT move into this complex. Two weeks into our larger apartment we started having issues with the neighbors and excessive bass and vibrations from the subwoofer they own. The bass is so loud that our bedroom walls vibrate and sometimes it can even be heard in the front room. Three separate employees came into the apartment and two of them only made it in the living room before turning around as they had heard everything they needed to from that far away. Unfortunately, I am having to update my review. My previous statement about the staff being the best still stands, but recently, the property's policies have left a very sour taste in our mouths. After moving to a larger unit, we initially had no complaints. About two weeks in, however, we started feeling our neighbors' unit through the shared wall. apartments looks very nice and spacious
It has taken me a long time to write this review, but I feel it needs to be put down and also reading newer reviews of people who lived there recently with a similar experience to mine makes me soo grateful we moved when we did. It also shows that this facility has had these same complaints for years now and DOES NOT CARE. Our time here was mostly terrible and the rent was seriously overpriced for the cheap apartments and sound issues we had to deal with while living there.
