I’ve had a great experience with this apartment complex so far! A huge shoutout to Edgar for making the entire move-in process so smooth. I recently moved out and wanted to share my personal experience for anyone considering living here. Unfortunately, my experience did not justify the rent. One of the biggest issues was the noise. I regularly heard loud arguments, yelling, profanity, barking dogs, and other disturbances from neighboring units. In my experience, the apartments were not well soundproofed, and it was difficult to feel comfortable or relaxed at home. I had a tour with Edgar at cortland at ravens and truly my family and i were sold just be Edgar’s professionalism. The property is beautiful looked well maintained. The property is located in a nice area not too busy with traffic.
We used to live at Cortland South Mountain which is not too far from Cortland at Raven. When we were in the looks of a new home, we came across familiar faces and warm smiles from both Edgar and Sara in the front office. Edgar is such an awesome person! He’s always so helpful and helps with any task that we ask of him, we really enjoy how he manages and takes hold of a situation.
