Zero stars! I applied 2+ weeks ago to sign a lease and haven't heard back from the office whatsoever. The website contact form is broken and anytime you call you get redirected to a third party call center that can only send over "callback requests" to the office. I've emailed, messaged on social media, called every weekday during office hours and now I'm submitting a review. This is by far the WORST experience I've had with a rental company. When we first moved here I was satisfied with our apartment. I was told that the gates weren't working at first but that they were working with a company to get them working. It's been a year and they aren't working which allows anyone to drive in and roam around the complex. Later on i also noticed a pest issue and quickly contacted the office which at first they stated they didn't receive my notice, but once i went into the office they were able to get pest control into the apartment. Im really disappointed my car has been broken into 3 times, not to mention I've made several complaints about this to both officers and leasing office. it's really upsetting when police can't even look through cameras that the property has and NONE of them work the officers told me they tried to receive footage and cameras are only live and NOT recording nor saving. Started out loving this apartment complex but I won’t be renewing my lease! Not a chance!!! With my income and credit score, I can literally go anywhere. Trying to get in touch with someone at the leasing office is pointless and impossible. It doesn’t matter what time of the day during business hours, you won’t be able to get anyone on the phone. I recently moved into Retreat at Sweetwater, and my experience so far has been great. The community is clean, quiet, and feels like a comfortable place to call home. I especially want to thank Alex and Gabby in the office—they’ve been incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout the move-in process. Everything was smooth and well organized.
