Alex Nunez was literally SO amazing!! We came here to tour these apartments and we applied as soon as we got done with the tour! the neighborhood is amazing and features things that I’ve never had in a community before like a car wash, a dog wash, AND a dog park!! This community has everything you need when it comes to amenities as well!! I really enjoyed touring this apartment complex. Alex was super informative and helpful! We had plenty of questions about the property and he was able to answer all of them no problem.
I’m in the process of moving and we scheduled an apartment tour at this lovely community. Alex was very welcoming and pleasant. He has excellent customer service and communication skills. His knowledge of what this community offers is very helpful. I was very impressed with the quality of the apartment we toured. It was very nice and accurate in the advertisement. I’m still looking but told my daughter that Retreat at Sweetwater #1 on our list.
Alex is fantastic he’s very easy going and extremely helpful in applying for a rental. He made viewing apartments easy and applying a breeze! Overall a wonderful experience. Look forward to the future and so excited for what’s next to come!
