The maintenance supervisor is rude. They do not notify you when work needs to be done and give you no notice.
Destiny has been amazing. The entire staff is so helpful and supportive. The apartment community is clean and quiet. Everyone here seems very respectful of others and the amenities are always well kept and welcoming. This is a hidden Gem!
The team here is incredible. My bf and I had to get separate places, but we wanted to stay in the complex. The BH system didn't have this option to split our lease - Destiny and Marianne both went above and beyond, working with both their manager and corporate, to make the transition possible. They even saved us some costs in the process. They're a powerhouse team and were so patient with us. Destiny and MaryAnne at the front desk have been amazing to work with, and the homes and community are excellent.
Do not move here. I have been having issues with my apartment since March and they have not done anything
