My experience may be different from everyone else’s due to discrimination, pure incompetency or dismissiveness from the leasing agent, property manager & their 3rd party altogether so I will not encourage anyone else from applying to this property—but will advocate for myself & highlight my experience. I have complained time and time again for the neighbors above me, it seems like they are training for the olympics or something, however, the property management won't do anything about it. They have made my apartment a living drum. 6 am in the morning and you get woken up by the loudest of thuds and slamming doors with zero consideration of their neighbors. The current office manager is not professional. She does not seem to understand who actually pays her to have a job here. The management team at this property in the past was terrible. Office staff did not really care about a tenant's issues. They always found ways to send you home as if the issues you reported were not theirs but yours. The leasing office was not there to serve you but to manage you. The office communicated with tenants as if you work for them. Destiny and the rest of the staff are so nice here. They have always been very accommodating every time I walk in the office.
