Allie the manager is so helpful & always was super friendly and accommodating. We only lived here for 6 months but we loved it & it’s such a relaxing place to live.
CRAZY, UNFAIR, PREDATORY Background: My wife and I lived here for just over 1 year. Move in required a $700 deposit which included $500 initial and $200 pet. We noted several deficiencies with the apartment which included holes in the hall bathroom wall where previous renters hung something, chipped paint in various places, stains on back concrete, among other things.
