Do not bother cleaning your unit. They will charge you for a cleaning fee regardless. They use your security deposit to prepare the unit for the next tenant. This includes a $140 charge for paint, on top of the $340 cleaning fee. The hot tub was broken for half of our lease. Maintenance was timely, that's the only positive thing I have to say.
Sandy, Allie, and all of the Front office staff at The Retreat at Silvercloud are so kind, thoughtful and caring! They make you feel so at home and welcome! Great place and environment to live in!
