I just recently acquired residency at Magnolia Parke. Miss Lucy was absolutely amazing jumping through hoops to acquire this apartment. She was outgoing, communicative and overall a blessing for this process. The apartment community has been welcoming as well. I’ve lived in several apartments and I’ve never had the outstanding customer service I’ve received from Miss Lucy. This is a beautiful community!

When my car battery died, I flagged down Dylan as he drove by in his maintenance crew golf cart. He tested the battery for me, and helped me remove it so I could get it replaced. He was friendly, professional, and helpful.
MAA Magnolia Parke is a lovely apartment community with exceptionally kind and efficient office staff. The community is ideally located and pristine outside and inside, with updated appliances, state-of-the-art security, and tasteful decor.
