When my car battery died, I flagged down Dylan as he drove by in his maintenance crew golf cart. He tested the battery for me, and helped me remove it so I could get it replaced. He was friendly, professional, and helpful.
MAA Magnolia Parke is a lovely apartment community with exceptionally kind and efficient office staff. The community is ideally located and pristine outside and inside, with updated appliances, state-of-the-art security, and tasteful decor.
Lucy and the entire staff went above and beyond to accommodate my move-in. This place has a great vibe and I highly recommend living here.
[TLDR summary: Everything is great — with one critically important caveat: if the person above you has a dog, do not move in. Sleep deprivation is torturous (I experience it most nights), and ultimately it can ruin your life.] If you have a high pressure job that requires focus, don’t make the mistake I made of not vetting out if the person above you has a dog. I've really enjoyed living in this community. The property is well kept, any maintenance requests are generally addressed in mere hours, and the management team is always happy to help with any needs - including printing requests.
