Retreat at Lake Brantley. Homes built by Pulte One of the communities I go into weekly to walk QC. For New England Trim. Very nice homes nice small community.

Over price and under quality! $600k home where you can still see the holes from the finished nails in the baseboards, walls, and through out the home. Also, HOA won't allow you to park your boat in the drive way, but their selling point is access to boat ramp?! They suggested you rent a boat storage nearby, so you can park your boat there and pay extra fees while paying for their HOA fees as well! It sad to see the developer didn't take an extra minute to come up with a better solution for the home owners!
