I HAVE NO ASSOCIATION W ANYONE FROM THIS FACILITY LET ALONE SOMEONE WHO WAS “fired” 🤣 nice try trying to cover up tho! There’s A LOT I left out of this review that I can let out tho! If I could give the no stars I would. This place is a health and safety hazard! This place was shut down and evacuated not too long ago due to a gas leak ! The best thing about living here was the fun activities! The food became worse when the new owner arrived. The building was so bad that the residents were all evacuated. To date, many are in limbo trying to find a home. No communication whatsoever by the staff or owner. Our belongings are there and we have no idea whether they are safe.
The atmosphere at this facility is very warm and calming, friendly residents. The management and staff love what they do and are very compassionate. Facility looks upgraded recently as well.
I moved my brother to the retreat and he has lived there for 9 months. I’m impressed with the service he has related. The care staff are well trained on his unique care procedure. And the management always communicates and responds proactively. My brother loves the meal and opportunities for social activities available, they have a full time cook and activities director. They will let family join in the meals but my family will let management know ahead of time of plans to join in meal time. The other residents always appear... read more
