I lived there for 2 years and had a great experience! Maintenance was always so quick to help with anything needed with my unit and office staff was always so sweet and welcoming! Rent was always reasonable and grounds always well kept, 10/10 recommended leasing from them!
I cannot say enough good things about the Retreat at Brightside. The management is phenomenal and so welcoming. They are always willing to help with anything you may need. Maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner, though I only ever needed to put in one in the year that I lived here. The only issue I ever ran into here was with other tenants not being mindful of their own pets (ei. not leashing or picking up after their dogs). Horrible experience. From the pests, to our lights turning off randomly one day and no help from management, to them pairing me with a deranged roommate. This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had with an apartment. Will be moving out at my earliest convenience. The apartments are cheaply made, we have to call maintenance literally almost every other day, residents don’t pick up after their pets. I have reached out to maintenance dozens of times, no resolution.
I absolutely ADORE this complex!! It’s perfect for college students, young adults, and small families. The community is so warm and welcoming. I absolutely LOVE the leasing office! They’re so friendly, patient, and understanding!! I rlly wish I could give 4.5 stars because my only complaint is the prices. For the size of the apartments, I do wish it was a little cheaper, but other than that everything about The Retreat is WONDERFUL!!!
