I lived at this apartment complex for about 4 years. It didn’t start off as the best experience but I can assure you that the new management that has been there the past few years completely turned the complex around. Mrs. Holly, Mrs. Anna, and Josh in the front office are considerate and caring and take every need you have with their deepest concerns. great experience in my retreat at Brightside. Wonderful people, clean and tidy environment, and very safe place. Highly recommended!
As much as I would like to give this property a high rating I can’t. As much as tenant pay for rent the property management team could improve on the drainage system. Only an hour of constant rain and the parking lot is full of water. You should not have to worry about your car getting flooded and or have to carry rain boots with you at all time to prevent from walking in nasty water.
