Everything’s outdated, maintenance is terrible, office ladies terrible they give you the landlord special when something breaks and the ladies in there never offer or help with a solution they barely return calls. Gate is always open and broke. Pool is always “needing maintenance” and closed. They never come pick up your trash even though you pay for it. Please do not move here! Our apartment had weed smell come in every day! The smell got into the dryer and all over our clothes! The dog got sick because of the weed. I went to management and sent numerous emails. Nothing was done. They do not care about their tenants. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.
This leasing office has been MORE THAN helpful in the application process. They literally defined southern hospitality within such a welcoming environment. Apartments are beautiful, gated, and just overall great atmosphere!
