Lauren from the leasing office was PHENOMENAL!! She did my tour, always answered my calls and emails, and helped me with move in. Love the apartments themselves also. Loving my stay so far!!
I would not recommend moving here , there's never parking for tenants who pay rent and live in the complex. If you get home too late in the evening your more likely have to park far and walk to your building that you live in. I've made multiple calls to the leasing office and nothing has been done yet. It is not fair that you have to pay rent and constantly have parking issues, especially for single women that get home late from work! I’m disappointed and disgusted. These apartments are so outdated. They paint over anything they can, leave the a/c vent filters full of black gunk like they have never been cleaned. There is DUST caked onto the top of the cabinets in the kitchen which causes dust to come down onto everything in ur kitchen especially when there is an AC vent above the cabinets which blows the dust everywhere. I just need to RAVE about Lauren Romero!! She has been beyond helpful finding us the perfect apartment! With the amenities we wanted, in our price range! She took us back and forth through different units and made sure to answer our questions to the best of her ability. Even when she didn’t know the answers, she figured it out and got back to us! She’s been beyond helpful and I’m so grateful!
