My experience with the retreat was very disappointing and very unprofessional. My fiancée and I scheduled massages for the both of us in February 2023 for May 2023 so we could have a relaxing massage before we headed off to get married. Unfortunately, the day we show up the owner ,Amy, tells us that the woman who scheduled us had unfortunately quit and we no longer had appointments. Such a disappointing experience. My fiancé and I scheduled a massage for the week before our wedding (3 months in advance). We show up and learn that they have canceled our appointment without letting us know because a therapist quit. I couldn’t believe that no one bothered contacting us to reschedule.
I love this place! Always work to get you in on your schedule and wonderful staff and owners. Will return very soon! - Wendy Imes
