Do NOT rent from this women. She is an absolute monster. She will be so sweet and nice to get you in. Then she'll turn around and make your life hell. Her leases are illegal. Have someone who knows legal look at it before you sign. She also hates women and cannot communicate. She is a total slum lord. She'll drive up in her Audi or BMW and tell you she HAS to raise rent because of "taxes" she is greedy and a nasty women
The rental experience proved to be highly unsatisfactory, leaving us feeling exploited through disreputable means upon our departure. In my estimation, the exit process lacked transparency and honesty, thus contributing to our frustration and sense of being taken advantage of.
It was a bad renting experience. The landlord will sweet-talk a tenant up until a lease is signed and then try and charge you for ridiculous fees. Very shady lease agreement. Be sure to look it over.
