We made the decision to move my 88 year old mother into RSBL a month ago. She was quite resistant to moving, and I was concerned and stressed. From the very moment she stepped foot in there, the staff were incredible! Welcoming, understanding, and exceptionally patient as we both made the transition. They are on top of her care, and she has settled in well. She likes living there, loves the meals, and says that all the staff are wonderful to her. I could not be happier with Retirement Suites. And my mom feels the same.
This is a most wonderful place. My mother was so happy here. The caring staff, the variety of activities and the friendly residents all go together to create this special place to live.
The enironment is warm, welcoming, and attentive - much like a loving family! Mom loves the staff, the independence, the food, the entertainment, playing bingo, and the frienships she's made in less than two months! Thank you RSBTL!
We moved my mother-in-law into the Suites at the beginning of July 2025. The staff are very friendly, attentive and helpful. Kat did a great job explaining everything to us to ensure we were prepared. My mother-in-law settled in very quickly and is thriving at her new home. Any time we did need to reach out to the staff, their responsiveness is prompt and efficient. This was the best decision.
My brother, my sister and I moved our mother into RSBL 3 weeks ago. We are so glad we did. She had been so lonely at home but now she is a part of a vibrant and happy community. The residents and the staff have been very welcoming and it's a huge relief knowing we found this wonderful new home for our mom.
