日本人のレビューです。ジャパンタウン・オプトメトリーから紹介を受けてここにきました。先週、平日の予約日に行きましたら病院の受付のスタッフに、サーバーダウンで、営業ができない。先生も1人もいない。次の予約も取れないと言われました。 患者の主人がわざわざ仕事を休んできたのに、謝罪をいただいたわけでもなく、残念すぎました。また、今回で3回目の通院でしたが、主人の視野欠損の治療が何もなされず、経過観察のみの通院が重なり、この病院は何もしてくれない、という不信感が募っていました。そして今回の件で主人が怒ってしまい、もう2度とこの病院、アメリカの病院には行かないと言いました。 まだ主人の目が治ってないのに、非常に残念です。 この病院で救われた人もいたと思いますが、私たちの場合はそうではなかったようです。
Low-key outstanding & excellent in every way. So glad I was referred here.
Please see my yelp review. Save yourself time/ money and health and find some other place. I did my exam with Dr Larry Erin and she is incompetent to do a simple eye exam. I don’t know how some people trust her with their eye surgery.
