The technicians are all very kind; I have had the pleasure of working with Chris and Rachel and I like them both. Chris is friendly and he made me feel at ease at my last appointment; I really appreciate him. Dr. Chow is a very nice man and a well respected doctor. My mom has come here many times and no problem. The doctor explains in a way you understand. This last visit she had a rude receptionist named 𝘾̲𝙚̲𝙡̲𝙚̲𝙨̲𝙩̲𝙚̲. She talked to my mom in a demeaning tone. She said she wasn't saying it was my mom's fault, that's why she said it was their fault twice. Even before that she was saying that the gas in her eye obviously had to disappear before her appointment as if she didn't know. I find the staff to be efficient and helpful. Dr He's positive attitude, professionalism, consideration and excellent care have made me comfortable with my treatment.
I've had some challenges with my experience at this office so far. When calling, I've noticed that Silvia, who answers the phone, doesn't come across as very friendly. Her tone can make patients feel like they're just a number rather than valued individuals.
