I've only had a good experience at RDC in Gilroy. All the staff I have dealt with have been excellent. Never an issue and I've been there at least five times. You might have to wait sometimes but they move you along in a timely manner. Dr. Chow is excellent in my opinion.
I have been trying to call this place for the past couple business days i have a referral from my doctor to go here for a specialist. I call and when the phone picks up a person named (silvia) answers the phone and as soon as you start talking she clicks the phone on you. Be careful.
The front desk receptionist at the window is gross, rude, and has a horrible attitude. She was rushing my disabled mother and did not have any patience. I am further complaining to management and HIPAA for her unwarranted disrespect and unprofessionalism. She deserves to be fired.
Terrible care the doctors are always on vacation so you get swapped back and forth from doctor to doctor. I don’t believe I’ve seen a doctor at any of their facilities more then twice. As we speak I am here waiting for a doctor for about an hour now who isn’t even in the office yet so unprofessional.
