I tried calling this 2 days in a row. Had to leave a callback number both times. Never got a callback. Tried scheduling via their website. Someone actually called me back within an hour. Said they needed med records from my eye exam faxed to them. Called the exam office immediately on hanging up. By 3:30 the next day, I still had not heard anything back. Tried calling and had to leave another message. Finally called Opthalmology Associates. They answered and scheduled immediately. Don't waste your time with these people.

If you hope to be in good hands, especially when it comes to your eye health, then I cannot recommend Dr. Soekampto and her staff enough! It has been such a positive experience to be her patient! I had a Vitrectomy recently and the result is life changing! The procedure is quick and I only had a couple of days of very mild discomfort. Didn't even need a Tylenol. I'm actually looking forward to having surgery on the other eye in a couple of weeks, realizing that I should have done this year's ago when the results are this won... read more

The only problem with this location is their computers go down constantly. I’ve never had an appointment on time. I’ve waited four hours to be seen at the longest.

Wow so impressed with this office! Dad is here visiting from Michigan. They took care of dad like he was their dad! Dr Petrash was top notch! Knowledgeable, professional, courteous. The staff was very helpful with getting the right info for out of state insurance. Highly recommend!
