There’s a lot of incompetence when it comes to Scheduling. I’ve had a recheck appointment from Retina surgery scheduled for months. They call me three days before and tell me oh sorry, Dr won’t be in the office on that particular day Well, Fein, then please find another provider. Oh no, no one can fit you in. I wouldn’t go back

I tried calling this 2 days in a row. Had to leave a callback number both times. Never got a callback. Tried scheduling via their website. Someone actually called me back within an hour. Said they needed med records from my eye exam faxed to them. Called the exam office immediately on hanging up. By 3:30 the next day, I still had not heard anything back. Tried calling and had to leave another message. Finally called Opthalmology Associates. They answered and scheduled immediately. Don't waste your time with these people.

If you hope to be in good hands, especially when it comes to your eye health, then I cannot recommend Dr. Soekampto and her staff enough! It has been such a positive experience to be her patient! I had a Vitrectomy recently and the result is life changing! The procedure is quick and I only had a couple of days of very mild discomfort. Didn't even need a Tylenol. I'm actually looking forward to having surgery on the other eye in a couple of weeks, realizing that I should have done this year's ago when the results are this won... read more
