My experience was great! Everything is organized, staff is friendly. The wait is a little long, but I was pleased!
HIPPA Violation. They are refusing to release medical records. They are refusing to release records because it will incriminate! They lied and cannot prove they did their jobs. They will not provide proof because they have none. The staff are incompetent. 3 months later and I'm still trying to get her medical records. This is a blatant HIPPA violation. They are not releasing the documentation. Beware! If this is supposedly one of the better ophthalmologists in Arizona, the standard is set much lower than I expected.
