Waiting room has patients elbow to elbow. No distance between chairs. I would call it a Covid Cluster

I went to the office in Mesa. How can you have an appointment scheduled at 3:20 and by 4:50 I'm still in a waiting room with 10 people still ahead of me waiting to see the doctor. I've never felt more insignificant in my life. Your life and time have no value to this office. You are just more money to them. I've spent my life in customer service so I know a thing or two. They don't care about you, they just want more money. You're a dollar sign to them, your time is worthless. Go somewhere else.

Would not recommend this place to anyone. Won't share everything but one of the Dr's had his assistant call my husband and I to inform us that he thought our young son had a rare eye disease. I asked her what that meant and she told me to "Google it." I won't get into everything else but the office is not well managed.
