Waiting room has patients elbow to elbow. No distance between chairs. I would call it a Covid Cluster
We have been coming to this office for a while due to some serious medical conditions. On three separate occasions the drs here missed a detached retina. Today we are back on a recommendation from the dr in Texas who did the surgery and after going through so much my first encounter in this office was with a rude, unprofessional and overall Un-empathetic tech. RecommendedThis is a wonderful facility if you are having serious eye issues and surgery is done on site. All the staff are friendly and welcoming. My Dr this time was Dr Itty and he is one of the best!

Worst experience ever. The front office staff is great. The technical staff members are awful. Rude and not at all thorough in their job. Dr Kunimoto spent less than 90 seconds looking at my eyes - barely 30 seconds of which were spent on the eye that had the issues. Of course my insurance will receive a hefty bill for “all” the services they provided. [I have been dealing with extensive issues in my left eye for the better part of 14 years. Be for warn care takers and drivers cannot stay with their patients. They can either wait out in heat for 2 hrs or make their patients wait to come back for them. Covid 19
