Dr. Wendel did by laser surgery and so far I’ve been completely pleased with his professionalism. I am especially grateful because the first two appointments at the same clinic by a different doctor. Carlos Medina sent me home with two wrong diagnose. This doctor told me her eyes were perfectly clear two days after he gave me a call said he was wrong. Thank boy I got to Dr. Wendel took care of the situation. Highly recommend.
I’m extremely disappointed with Retina Consulting. I was given a clear quote for my surgery and routine follow‑up visits. Despite that, they repeatedly charged me far above the quoted amount, totaling over $1,000 more than what I was told. Each visit came with new unexplained fees, and when I arrived for my next appointment, they demanded another $400 that they couldn’t clearly explain. Kara was awesome! I got a Doctors referral to see an eye doctor and had issues with the location my Doctors office chose for me. I was not able to even schedule an appointment so after a month I decided to just pay out of pocket just to be seen and get a eye exam. I called several placed and all besides this location knew what a OCT scan was, Kara was super helpful made sure I was covered by my insurance seemed concerned and helped guide me on what to do next, Thanks Kara.
I feel like the level of care and expertise here is very high. I have been here a few times and seen Dr.Wendell. I do feel like I wait a bit between exams and photographs and seeing the doctor.
I've only been a couple of times, but very much like Dr. Wendell.
