This review is for the ********Office! What a terrible experience from beginning to end!! It started with registering at the desk letting them know that I was there for my appointment. As I’m standing there in line I could over hear two of the women behind the counter talking about another patient’s personal life and her divorce. Erin, I am sorry that you had a bad experience at our Staunton location. I have spoken to the front desk coordinator and the optical retail manager and shared your complaint with them. They will both be doing individual training with staff to improve the professionalism of the staff.
