Bryan K. Rutledge should lose his license. My girlfriend has to go all the way to PA to get an injection in her eye for Myopic degeneration and myopic choroidal neovascularization because Bryan told her the bleed wasn’t active and to come back if it gets worse. He also told her nothing could be done. She went to PA to get a second opinion and the first thing she was told was that the bleed was STILL ACTIVE. She had to get an injection in her eye once every 4 weeks and now she only needs it every 7 weeks because of improvemen... read more
I found my initial visit to be most pleasant due to the wonderful staffing, Each and every person I encountered, was kind, personable, efficient, and helpful. Each were most competent in their positions,. I found Dr. Spalding to be a five-star physician, and most pleased with the services provided. He did not rush me, answered all my questions, and went into great detail of all the findings which I found most impressive.. The staffing is definitely an asset to the practice.
Would not give a stars if I could. They asked for 500 up front before even running insurance because it says my deductible is 500. Due to a new policy change they ask for all deductibles up front no matter what (this was never stated over the phone making the appointment or in any new patient paperwork). Not knowing that I have already meet by deductible they still asked for it up front because they didn’t bother to run my insurance.
