Having a retinal tear is scary, but Dr. Coussa and his nurse made me feel very at ease and treated me quickly without having surgery!
It took only 4.5 hours from my first phone call to Retina & Vitreous to walking out of Dr. Coussa’s office after a laser treatment to fix a retinal hole in my eye. Everything was INCREDIBLY efficient, professional, and warm. I honestly can’t remember ever having such a smooth experience at any clinic or hospital! What an amazing team of medical professionals!
The first time I was there it didn't sound very hopeful but this time Dr shaw was pleasant and helped me a lot. I'm sure the injections are going to help me see better. I've had four injections and I'm seeing better already. All of the workers are very professional and nice.
Staff have been very pleasant. They have their routine down quite well, making it a smooth process from being checked in to seeing the doctor and any testing needed in between.
