I truly believe that Dr. Phelps saved my vision and allowed me to be able to watch my 4 month old daughter at the time grow. After a retinal detachment at only 25 years old Dr. Phelps placed a buckle. 8 months later I am doing great. Dr. Phelps is amazing and knowledgeable and caring. I also love his staff especially Brooklyn. Thanks Dr. Phelps
