I called Steven Gres who had me call 2 Dr. to get in on a Friday- dr Guggino had nothing open until Monday but had me call Retina Vitreous Assoc. Every single person from the initial phone call to checking in (everything is sterile!) to checking my eyes and giving me results was actually 10* treatment!!!! So grateful
