my concern regarding the conduct of staff during my grandmother’s recent appointment at your optometry office. Upon arrival, there were two receptionists at the front desk. One was on the phone assisting someone, while the other was sitting at the desk but did not acknowledge us. There was no greeting, no “good morning,” and no direction given.
