So I came in today at 10:50am to bring my mother in to get her eye patch removed. Her appointment was at 11am. She just had eye surgery the day before with Dr. Chasan on March 31st. When we were called back by the medical assistant she was really dismissive and was rushing. As she removed my mother’s eye patch she didn’t clean it thoroughly.
