I've been going to this office for several years now and been seen by Dr Peters, Tarantola, and Gupta, who are all great! The office is incredibly efficient. I was there recently and the facility was packed with patients but I was in and out in about a half hour, and they called me back earlier than my appointment time. A well-run operation is something anyone can appreciate!
Visit with Doctor Peters and staff was outstanding and professional with the good intentions to assist and help the patient. Thank you! You are very much appreciated for all you do for your patients.
Wonderful...that explains my first experience with this office. A glitch in the computer didn't have my appointment. Things happen. I offered to reschedule. No big deal. I wasn't an emergency. But Nancy at the front desk wasn't going to have that and worked some magic and got me an appointment at 11:30am when my original was to be 11am. Never have I ever had a front desk so wonderful. Dr. Peter's introduced a new numbing gel to my boyfriends eye. Hours later he was in so much pain, eyes on fire, swollen and can't open them. We came to the ER. they called for Dr. Peters. And two hours later. No response. Poor patient care if you ask me.
