Dr's are great and so is the stafff and they deserve a 5 BUT when I have a question for my doctor and I call and get a call center who ignores what Im saying and hangs up on me puts the office in a bad light. One should be able to get a hold of a doctor or a nurse. So I tried the chat option in their app I downloaded just to be told to check back here and there and they will get to me in 24 hours, again not good.
