Very disappointed! Had issues with retina and went to Pensacola to Dr Myers and went great over there right in and out Different story when I returned to the Foley location for a follow up Waited over an hour and half and finally had to leave like I had told them because of another appointment Have called back to make another appointment and asked for an early one But that didn’t happen either Still having issues with my eye
I was very disappointed with my appointment today at Retina Specialty Institute, in Foley today. I have been going there for over three years for my eye treatments. Because of Covid, they have been requiring patients to wear masks. Today I was very uncomfortable in the waiting area, because they are not enforcing the mask requirement. If you aren't going to enforce your mask policy please remove the signs stating that they are required. During my visit seven people did not have masks on before I had my treatment. Experienced a potential emergency. Received appointment immediately based on info I provided. Front office staff professional and polite. Clinical staff professional, polite and provided excellent services/tests prior to seeing Dr. Myers. Was seen immediately by Dr. Myers. Excellent provider, thoroughly discussed what I was experiencing and provided a course of action for treatment and prevention for the health of my eyes. Thank you RSI team. Truly a wonderful experience. Highly recommend this provider group.
I developed severe irritation of my eye while at Orange Beach and found this clinic online. I called them and they gave me an appointment within a couple of hours. I was seen within 5-10 minutes of arriving for my appointment. The staff is friendly and caring. Dr. Kidd also was great and gave me eye drops that took care of my problem by the end of the day. The clinic has a large, spacious, and comfortable waiting room. The patient rooms are clean and well-maintained. I’m very pleased with my experience.
