I suffered a blood clot in a venous branch in the retina of one of my eyes in March of 2019. After being mis-diagnosed elsewhere and put through a host of testing, I was finally referred to Dr. Taylor. He immediately diagnosed my problem and prescribed a regimen of monthly shots. My vision has markedly improved which has allowed me to maintain my employment. Dr. Taylor and the staff are wonderful.
My mother has been coming to Dr. Taylor for four years for age related macular degeneration. He's a great doctor with many patients. Wait times are sometimes longer than expected, but well worth the wait. You won't find a better retina specialist anywhere. As for the few that complain about the wait time, try to find another retina specialist that doesn't have long wait times. Usually the longer the wait times, the better the doctor. We travel from Mississippi twice a month.
