The staff was wonderful I have been going to retina specialist for some time in Elyria close to my home I am 85 and I don't believe the trip to Parma is a good choice for me . Do u know how many Patients can't drive that? Please come Back soon I believe bad management caused this problem Shame 🫠 on u is your check book in the red? Maybe this job isn't right for your company I sad love the kid's working for u Like family
My appointment with Dr. Stephens went well as expected. I asked him if I could share some information with another doctor of mine and he went one better than my request. He will work with his patients and is enjoyable. I hope he stays in Avon because I trust him and his decisions regarding my diagnosis.

I’m a small business owner and when I make appointments I have to arrange my schedule to allow for my business to stay open . When I went in for my eye appointment which was for 11/27/24, they said it was not saved so I had to reschedule. My clients are booked at least a month or two ahead so I am unable to just reschedule with only a week notice especially around the holidays when my business is at its peek.
