Absolutely the best in class, service, follow up, ability, and successful outcome. I feel so blessed I was connected with Dr. Chod and Dr. Koretz. They saved my eyesight, twice.
The facility was packed with patients. There were more people waiting than seating available. Some had been there upward of 3 hours! These are not young people; two women seated bear me were 88 and 89 years old. I was there for 2 hours before I was seen by anyone. Had a test and went back to wait again. It doesn’t seem fair or even respectful to give a patient an appointment time and then once they arrive for said appointment, have them find out it’s not an appointment at all.
