I was referred to Dr. Membrane, so I didn't know what to expect. To my surprise, the staff has been GREAT from day one! From scheduling, speaking to the office manager, and the ladies in the back, all have had good attitudes and were very helpful. Even leaving to office, the front desk had good customer service. Dr. Membrane explained everything well and listened to my concerns. He was very personable and I am pleased with my results. Thanks for providing me a good experience for something so delicate.
I am so glad I found Dr Membreno. He was kind and patient. He explained the treatment for macular degeneration and I didn't even feel the shot he gave me in my eye. When I asked if it would hurt he said he didn't like pain so he numbed my eye. His staff was also just as patient and kind. I highly recommend Dr Membreno.
