I'm writing this review on my mothers behalf, base on her current experience she had surgery recently with Dr.Membrano. The office staff is awful! They are careless, forgetful, useless and ZERO accountability for their actions. Prior to surgery which was scheduled so quickly, she needed a special bed where she was supposed to sleep for the next 2 weeks to heal properly. They simply gave her 2 phone numbers to call to order the special bed and to do her own due diligence. Fine! We called multiple time, no answer. We came to f... read more

I had a very disappointing experience. From the moment I walked in, the doctor had a rude and dismissive attitude. Instead of being patient and professional, he seemed irritated and unwilling to answer my questions. I felt rushed through the appointment and was treated as if my concerns didn’t matter. A doctor should make their patients feel comfortable and cared for, but unfortunately, that was not the case here. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone looking for a respectful and compassionate eye care provider.
