I'm upgrading my review because someone called me regarding my complaint and was very compassionate and responsive. All of the staff members were nice but the bedside manner of the surgeon left me very stressed and confused. She was excessively brief in the information she provided, didn't introduce herself, didn't ask if I had any questions or direct me to who I might talk to. It would have been very helpful to my stress level if she had simply said that a staff member would contact me shortly to answer my questions. Which ... read more
Excellent customer service, friendly atmosphere. People are so friendly and welcoming and helpful. The doctors are understanding and thoughtful and listens clearly to patients.
I absolutely recommend Dr. Davoudi as an eye surgeon. She’s genuinely skilled and truly caring. My parents have been her patients for quite some time, and we’ve always been very happy with her care. She listens attentively, provides excellent solutions, and is a fantastic surgeon overall. We feel very lucky to be in her hands.
We have been going to the RI of Wa for several years. My mother is currently 96 and she has been treated by Dr. Fung since he came to the practice. She gets eye injections every few weeks to treat her wet Macular Degeneration. He and the staff are very kind to her and she says she can’t even feel the injections. The techs do a great job of numbing her eyes and he is a very skillful retina specialist who administers the injections. This practice has improved 100% since our 1st visit years ago!
