The staff is professional and has a caring attitude. Including the doctor. I believe they do their best for each patient. It is not difficult to get an appointment that works with my schedule & theirs. Tests are done to know what treatment is needed for the patient.
I have been a patient of Dr Ko's since 2019 and seen him at a couple of his offices. Federal Way is my favorite location. The staff are professional and efficient. There is hardly ever any waiting time unless another patient needs more time to ask questions. The majority of us with retina issues are senior citizens, so I appreciate that they are willing to take as much time as needed to explain things. Eyes are fearfully and wonderfully made!
