Dr. Jenkins is very ethical and honest. Today was my third visit and he told me that since there had been no change in my condition, I didn’t need to come back unless I noticed a change in my vision!
Dr Jenkins as far as I am concerned is a great eye doctor with a caring personality which is very important to me.. I been to other eye doctors from Richmond to Fairfax and I always come back to see Dr Jenkins..He also makes you feel at ease's when going over you diagnosis..will keep coming back 😄
I continue to receive excellent care at RIV. Dr Jenkins has helped me to maintain my visual acuity and the ability to lead a normal life.
Easily the WORST EXPERIENCE I've had at a Medical center in my 57 years of life. Initially I was pushed through two stages of my appointment within 15 minutes. Then taken to a room and was told the doctor will be with you in a few minutes. One hour and 20 minutes later I feel something is wrong. I leave the room only to see no one there... No patients, no doctor, just the receptionist. I ask her when will the doctor be ready to see? My eyes have been dilated and I've been waiting for over an hour... Good doctor and his staff are well coordinated. We have been a dozen times and understand how long it takes because everyone has to have tests that simply take time. Our average is about one and a half hours each visit.
