I've seen Dr. Poley for years now, for diabetic retinopathy, and I'm so incredibly grateful for the care I receive. Dr. Poley is so polite, patient, and professional. This perhaps is the best eye surgeon I have ever had in 68 years! In December 2025, I had a detached right retina. The Eye Guys recommended RISE to me and got me an appointment the next morning. Dr. Poley was very thorough in her initial exam and came back with surgery is required. The surgery was scheduled and completed flawlessly. Dr. Poley is an incredible doctor and saved my father’s vision (and his life). If you ever have any vision needs, this is the pace to go.
The staff as a whole are professional and, when communicating with you, actually listen to and focus on you. If you have a question they do not have an answer for, they will inform you directly rather than dancing around it and try to find the information. Dr. Preeti is the same. She completely listens to patients' questions and comments and THEN will respond; One of very few doctors that do not hear only buzz or trigger words, or that follow a checklist. I have been seeing Dr. Poley for quite some time. I am blessed to have her as my physician. She always takes the time to explain things, shows you images, and answers any questions eagerly. She is very professional, knowledgeable, and, with that, has the best bedside manner. It’s a pleasure to have her as the doctor I depend upon to take care of my eyes. I will gladly continue to see her and will recommend her to anyone inquiring.
