The staff as a whole are professional and, when communicating with you, actually listen to and focus on you. If you have a question they do not have an answer for, they will inform you directly rather than dancing around it and try to find the information. Dr. Preeti is the same. I have been seeing Dr. Poley for quite some time. I am blessed to have her as my physician. She always takes the time to explain things, shows you images, and answers any questions eagerly. She is very professional, knowledgeable, and, with that, has the best bedside manner. It’s a pleasure to have her as the doctor I depend upon to take care of my eyes. I will gladly continue to see her and will recommend her to anyone inquiring.
My experience with Dr. Poley was excellent. The examination was very thorough, and the doctor took time to explain everything in a way I could easily understand. I never felt rushed, and all my concerns were addressed with patience and care. The staff was also friendly and organized, which made the whole visit smooth and stress-free. I’m very grateful for the quality of care I received and would highly recommend this practice.
I am very grateful to have RISE in Augusta. I am thoroughly impressed by Dr. Preeti Poley’s professionalism and the quality of care she provides. Her thorough explanations and attention to detail gave me a great sense of comfort and assurance. So I was referred to DR POLEYS office by my eye Dr. I started going to her practice in July. It took a few months for the greeting staff to come around. Customer service started out iffy. Her Dr style is a bit aggressive but I let her have her way. I showed up to all my appointments on time, payed a lot of out of pocket fees for shots, lasers & surgery. As of recently she got really pushy putting a lot of surgery’s & ect on me. When I inquired before Christmas to get a second option by someone about a major surgery she wants... read more
