From the minute I walked in the front desk receptionist was annoyed said I didn’t complete online registration completely.Then the first nurse I saw acted unprofessional like it was his first day. Couldn’t answer questions repeated same tests I had just completed less than 24hrs previous. Proceeded to put eye drops in and kept missing my eyes so I had it all over my face not in my eyes.thanks to my wife she got some tissues he didn’t ask if I had contact lenses in. Dr John Michael is excellent doctor. Easy to communicate and answers all questions. His stuff is friendly. Easy to make appointments. Plenty of parking.
Dr. Chee is fantastic! They had a new guy working and he wasn't trained well and barely spoke English. He tried, but he kept going back and forth for help. Maybe someone should stay by him until he's trained on the equipment properly and maybe teach him some social skills as well. Otherwise, a good outcome
