Front desk helped my mom get her eye treatments covered and even helped refunding the copay I paid retroactively
From the minute I walked in the front desk receptionist was annoyed said I didn’t complete online registration completely.Then the first nurse I saw acted unprofessional like it was his first day. Couldn’t answer questions repeated same tests I had just completed less than 24hrs previous. Proceeded to put eye drops in and kept missing my eyes so I had it all over my face not in my eyes.thanks to my wife she got some tissues he didn’t ask if I had contact lenses in.
