Wow where do I even start….brought my mom here for her appointment and wow….Receptionist at the front desk needs customer service skills. I kindly walk up to check my mom in and she sits there while I’m right in front of her for like 10-15 minutes as if I don’t even exist. I just wanted to verbalize I’m checking my mother in and if she needed info and etc since it was a sudden appointment. From checking in to pre-op yo operating room to post op and recovery everyone was promp, polite and more importantly very professional. It is without hesitation or reservation that I would choose here if I need additional surgery. David Thomas
Professional, efficient and caring staff. The doctor and anesthesiologist took the time to explain everything that would take place during and after the procedure. The nurses go out of their way to make you calm and comfortable while getting you ready for your procedure and making sure that you understand the discharge orders.
Everyone from the receptionist, nurses, doctors, and all staff, from pre-op, operating, and post-op are extremely knowledgeable, efficient, thorough, and friendly
I have visited several office locations for the Retina Group of Florida throughout the years as I have moved. Recently I returned to Boca Raton and now see Dr. Halperin and his staff. All Doctors and their staffs have always been very professional and knowledgeable always providing Outstanding patient focused service.
