From the first time we met Dr Shields he was very professional and explained everything to us. He been treating my husband for retina detachment for 2yrs. The staff is very friendly and kind. I would recommended this group to anyone.
Very professional and efficient. Everyone was pleasant and things were explained. My issue was diagnosed and plan is in place.
Excellent and accommodating staff. I had an appointment in a building across from theirs and had two hours to kill. They kindly squeezed me in earlier so that I didn't have to wait for two hours. The tech that initially dilated my eyes and took measurements was kind, professional and friendly. The tech that took scans of my retina was friendly and professional. The doctor was professional and to the point.
Initial visit showed a detached retina. Procedure was done on the same day. Excellent care was received. Thanks to the doctors involved.
