I have been going to Retina consulting for 2 years now. I was referred to them by another eye doctor. Unexpectedly I loss vision in my eye for no apparent reason. I thought I would never get vision back in my eye. After seeing another retinal specialist I ended up seeing Dr Noam Rudnick which turned out to be the best situation for me. Retina Consultants came highly recommended by my eye doctor. I was able to get in the next day, had an in office procedure done and everything worked out as expected. It was an urgent procedure and Dr Rudnic and the staff couldn’t have been better. Reassuring, professional, very understanding from the ladies up front, the techs doing the pre-work tests and his staff. DR. BUDOFF IS WONDERFUL DR., EXCELLENT BEDSIDE MANNER, VERY PERSONABLE. WOULD RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE.
Bad bad experience. Took my friend to this clinic because she had an urgent issue on her eye. First, one of the nurses said “it’s not really urgent” like ???. Second, my friend almost fainted because she had an allergic reaction when done a test and decided to keep running with it. Third, the doctor gave us an attitude because “he didn’t want to be bothered” like ???. I understand they’re a busy clinic but these are doctors and professionals. We wouldn’t be there if it wasn’t an urgent matter. Poor poor service.
