Edit: I added back 2 stars because they called me and got everything made right. I'm still not crazy about the call center, but my husband's eye treatment is excellent. Patients should know that if you want to talk to your Dr, or the Dr office, you CAN'T. Retina Consultants uses a call center. They can not help you, and they can not transfer you to the office. Yasmin is the best in the administrative staff. She is always professional with me and definitely greets me by name and a smile. She is knowledgeable about everything going on and helps me with all my concerns with understanding and compassion.
Held my wife for 6 hours before she even saw the Doctor over simple exams. We got billed ~$400 for the pleasure. If you’re understaffed then don’t take patients you can’t service, or if not make sure to take care of your patients in a timely manner. We’re not coming back here.
