Dr. Kim is an incredibly thorough and brilliant doctor who truly goes above and beyond for her patients. During my care, she recognized that something was not right with my heart and recommended additional testing. She even took the extra step of speaking directly with my cardiologist to make sure the testing was scheduled. Edit: I added back 2 stars because they called me and got everything made right. I'm still not crazy about the call center, but my husband's eye treatment is excellent. Patients should know that if you want to talk to your Dr, or the Dr office, you CAN'T. Retina Consultants uses a call center. They can not help you, and they can not transfer you to the office. All they can do is take a message. My husband is overdue for his retina treatment because the medication he needs is no longer available at our pharmacy. There is no a... read more
Yasmin is the best in the administrative staff. She is always professional with me and definitely greets me by name and a smile. She is knowledgeable about everything going on and helps me with all my concerns with understanding and compassion.
