My husband has been a patient for over 10yrs. I had my first appt this week. The staff at the Memorial office were quite pleasant, helpful and engaging. Though the appt wasn't exactly on time, it wasn't overly delayed. The tech who did the first part of my visit was engaging, explanatory, thorough and patient. Dr Benz was easy to talk to and efficient.
Dr. Benz and his support staff are friendly, professional and competent. His surgery skill literally saved my vision.
