I was expecting the worse from my spouses experience at a different clinic. I was impressed from check in to the different stages of my appointment. Everyone took great care in trying to explain each procedure and receive my approval before preforming them. Everyone did their best at trying to put me at ease during my appointment.
From the first phone call to the operation to the follow-up appointments, everyone was great. We had a question and called the office; a technician got back to us within 10 minutes and gave us answers. He was very nice and informative.
