Horrible people; I'm a 200% disabled vet and found out that address is incorrect, its fir Hospital! I spent an hour searching for them and, of corse lies,said they would correct the address!@ when I told them I'm legally blind, had driven myself, they said they still needed to dilate my eyes or, because of their screwup, I could reschedule! ACTED LIKE TYPICAL SELFISH PEOPLE!
I truly appreciated my visit at the Kingwood location of Retina Consultants of Texas. The entire staff, from the front office and throughout were courteous, kind, knowledgeable, efficient and professional. I highly recommend this practice.
Excellent service. Took care of my father very efficiently. Very friendly staff. Ashanti at the checkout counter was great.
Dr Patel is the best, he listens to my concerns, gives me guidance and advice with most kindness way, he and his staff are very efficient, I’m treated every 4-6 weeks and have always received excellent care. The ladies at the front desk are friendly, very helpful and always greeting me with a smile.
I was very pleased by how I was treated. Dr Shah was kind, respectful, friendly. Very pleased with the care and attention I received.
