Indian doctor Jonna was not very kind but ok with his treatments. He seemed not like treating me at all for some reason. Rest of the Staff was welcoming and professional except the older Hispanic big made lady who was at the reception (Felicia) was rude and unkind. She tried not to check me in giving various reasons and putting me down in front of the other patients looking at me in an uncomfortable way. I went in with no idea of what could be my situation. I left with a complete diagnosis, and several positive solutions for me to consider, and with the doctors opinions to aid my selection.
Dr. Jhaveri and his staff were very courteous, patient and helpful. Dr. Jhaveri explained everything thoroughly and even addressed an issue I wasn’t even aware of!
This was my first appointment with Dr. Jhaveri. I got there alittle early and I was taken back within five minutes. I saw two different girls for two different tests and was put in a room to see the doctor and he came into the room right away. Dr. Jhaveri was very thorough and took his time with me. Asked me if I had any questions, and shook my hand before he went to his next appointment. I really liked him and he was very personable.
