Professional and very skilled staff. It is a multi-step process so patience is needed but they are as efficient as possible. Two different incidences - a year apart - vitreous detachment. So far only have seen Dr Ruddat, and he is thorough, and will answer your questions. Ask if you’re not clear or concerned about anything. Both Farmington and Woodland St Hartford offices and once more emergent in Manchester. I would recommend.
