Every time the over schedule My mom is 91, diabetic and having to wait an hour or 2 past her appointment is ridiculous One doctor that's so slow and over booked it's horrible

The Cumberland office should stop over scheduling. If your appointment is scheduled for 12pm, expect not to be seen before 1:30! This office makes patients wait in two separate waiting areas and schedules multiple people for one time. Patients time also matters!

I love this Dr! BUT….. every time I have an appointment it’s at least an hour LONG! You sit and wait and wait… they need to schedule patients 20min apart! We are sitting like sardines waiting to see the Dr. This is unacceptable and very unprofessional! Our time is VALUABLE TOO! This Dr is so good, I put up with it! All the patients all talk and we all agree! This is EVERY TIME! Please give more time between patients so we are all not sitting for an hour!

The office in Cumberland, RI - Find another doctor/office. This office doesn't care about your time. My appointment is 1:30 pm, I saw the doctor at 3:45 pm. They overbook the appointment and let people wait in 2 waiting rooms. One of patient walk out because she can not wait. If she did not walk out, maybe I will see the doctor at 5 pm.
