This is the 3rd visit to Dr McLaughlin with my 90 yr old mother for injections to treat her eye disease. At the start ,it was a long visit with a lot of waiting around however was assured at that the next times will be only for injections will be quick. The next 2 times have been over 2.5 hours waiting and doesn't seem to matter if at Carling or Belfast . Seem to have total disregard for the fact that cognitively impaired patients cannot sit for hours waiting in a strange environment. They also had to be given step by step i... read more
