Dr. Wong is very good and very professional! If I didn't get the assistant Ms. Gloria's check at the beginning of my appointment, I would give him 5 stars. Ms. Gloria is very rude. Immediately after my eyes were dilated and still full of eye drops, she wanted to test the pressure on my eyes, and I couldn't even open my eyes. I don't understand why she is so anxious! She does not care about the patient's feelings!
I saw Dr. Ryan Wong to rule out a detached retina after experiencing flashes of light. Dr. Wong confirmed the issue was only normal age-related PVD. On my initial visit and a 6-month follow up, Dr. Wong and the entire support staff were friendly and efficient. I've seen the waiting room packed, but they still seem to get everyone through in a reasonable amount of time. My experience with this office has been entirely positive.
They seem to have lost my records. Not recommended.
